CERA KIM is a 21-year-old Korean-American woman who has dreamt of being a famous singer since she was a child. After accidentally stumbling across an opportunity to audition for a recording contract, she discovers that there is more to it than meets the eye. She needs to be part of a four-member group to participate. At the last minute, she seeks help from her reluctant and bookworm cousin SASHA CHO, a 22-year-old accountant-in-training. Together, they recruit the bubbly and vivacious 20-year-old Japanese-American JOSIE KAKZAKI and struggle to get the loner and rebellious 21-year-old Chinese-American LANA LIN. The girls must overcome their own differences, Lana’s sociopathic ex-boyfriend, a shady music exec, and a rival up-and-coming band to win the big prize - and have less than a month to do it. Will they succeed?
